Cancellation Policy

The consultation fee is non-refundable. There is a 10 minute grace period for the appointment, and the appointment will be cancelled after. Notice to reschedule your consultation must be given 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure of a timely notice will result in the forfeit of the consultation fee and a new payment will be required to schedule a consultation.
